Well we have not been very active on our blog lately, have we? Now that the holidays are over and we can breathe, expect a little more regularity with the blog posts!

We had several very cute little babies this last few weeks, so I thought I would just make a quick blog post including all of them.
First we had little Parker, his family is new to Obscura Photography as they just recently moved to the area, but we look forward to seeing him grow into a little man in front of our lens. We were glad to capture Parker with his dad before he returned to his military post in Hawaii.
Next we had little Brooklyn. We have been photographing her mom and dad since their engagement photos, we followed through to their wedding and are now proud to say we will be Brooklyn's personal photographers for at least this first year. :)
Finally we were able to meet Alaina. She is a cutie! We had a really fun time with this little one and can't wait for three months to roll around!
We have been doing "Boudoir" work for some time now and we love it. It allows us to put to use many of the skills we cultivated from our years photographing models and gives us the chance to make that girlfriend, bride or mother feel like she is the sexiest thing on heels. By popular demand, we recently have started offering these sessions as part of some of our wedding collections, so we decided to put up a gallery on the site! It is password protected as not all of these images are suitable for everyone. Just email us a request and we will send you the password. Here is an idea of the kind of work we do:
We have been photographing Tyler and Abby since their engagement and now little Kinley is getting SO BIG. We had a really fun session and definitely got a lot of personality coming from little one. :)
New to Obscura Photography family, the Scoma's brought little Joey in for the first session of his baby plan and was he a cutie! He is a strong little guy, but luckily also a sleepy one. The shoot went really great... take a look for yourself!

So we have decided to expand our web presence to include a blog. We will be posting some great samples, ideas and fun stories as we move forward.
We are looking forward to this new venture and demonstrating our creativity in whole new ways!
